1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AAL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
AAL is the ODIECLOUD ecosystem's distribution, partner, referral, and lead-generation network. This is a frontend prototype — all data is demo/mock data and no real transactions are processed.
3. User Accounts
You must register to access partner features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. In the future, authentication will be managed by ODIXA.
4. Partner Obligations
Partners must comply with all applicable laws, respect intellectual property rights, and not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices. Referral manipulation is prohibited.
5. Campaigns and Promotions
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of campaign information. Partners must promote offers honestly and not misrepresent products or services.
6. Commissions
Commission visibility is provided through AAL. Actual settlement is handled by AUREX. All commission figures shown in this prototype are demo/mock data.
7. Limitation of Liability
AAL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
